2How we use it
- To build, host, and maintain your website and register your domain.
- To bill your subscription and provide customer support.
- To send you service messages (for example, "your site is live" or a receipt).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
3Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the service, each handling data for their part of the job:
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Cloudflare — domain registration, DNS, and security/delivery.
- Our email providers (including Resend) — sending and receiving email.
- Google — business information, reviews, and optional sign-in.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
4Cookies & sessions
If you sign in (for example, to preview or manage a site), we use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
6Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email [email protected]. Note that some information (like the public business details shown on a live site) is public by nature, and some records must be kept to meet legal obligations.
7Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
